Lenrock Management Group, LP is a privately held investment advisory firm, founded in 2005 by Howard G. Capek and Joseph D. Tagliente, currently with offices in Harrison, NY and Boston, MA. Lenrock focuses on structuring and managing net-leased investments in commercial real estate and direct equity/debt investments in private firms in the selective U.S. business segments of hospitality, QSR and Casual Dining, food & beverage distribution, commercial office, and healthcare facilities. The principals of Lenrock have over 60 years of combined experience in all facets of real estate (development, construction management, acquisition, strategic divestiture, sale leaseback, and property management) and institutional investing (public and private equity and debt). Lenrock seeks to generate risk-adjusted returns in excess of selected benchmarks in relatively narrow, pre-determined segments in which we have extensive expertise and established relationships. Lenrock always invests its own capital alongside that of our investors’, and maintains conservative capital and fee structures for each of our investments. Abiding by these tenets, Lenrock expects to extend its successful track record of results, executing on two-to-three strategically unique investment opportunities per year that will generate appropriate returns over time.
